Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement has been prepared to determine the mutual rights and obligations in online shopping transactions. As Camelaa, we adopt a transparent trade approach in compliance with legal regulations.

This agreement covers the terms and conditions to be applied to product sales made through the [Website Address] website belonging to Camelaa.
2. Subject and Scope of the Agreement
The main subject of this Distance Sales Agreement is to regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products belonging to the Seller that the Buyer orders electronically through Camelaa’s website. This agreement clearly sets forth all details regarding the Buyer’s shopping from our online store, the legal responsibilities of the parties, and consumer rights.
3. Order and Payment Process
The Buyer selects the desired products through the Camelaa website, adds them to the shopping cart, and creates an order. In order for the order to be completed, the Buyer must fill in the required information completely and accurately. Payment is made using the secure payment methods specified on the website (such as credit card, bank transfer). The order will not be processed and product shipment will not be made until the payment transaction is successfully completed. The Buyer is obliged to enter all information related to the selected payment method correctly and completely during the payment stage. The Seller is not responsible for delays arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
4. Delivery Conditions
Purchased products are shipped via contracted cargo companies to the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order, within the periods stated on the Seller’s “Delivery Information” page, following payment approval. The delivery period may vary depending on the Buyer’s location and the workload of the cargo company. The Buyer is informed via e-mail about all details related to the cargo process, tracking information, and possible delays. The Buyer is obliged to check the products during delivery and to prepare a report together with the cargo company official in case of any damage or deficiency.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, unwashed, with its label intact, and in its original packaging. All details regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the product return process are explained in detail on Camelaa’s “Return and Exchange Policy” page. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the conditions stated on this page.
6. Resolution of Disputes
In the resolution of any disputes arising from this Distance Sales Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade, and in cases exceeding these limits, [Courts and Enforcement Offices in the place where the Seller is located] are authorized. In any dispute arising from the implementation of this agreement, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply.
7. Entry into Force and Acceptance
By completing the order through the Camelaa website, the Buyer declares and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Distance Sales Agreement electronically. The agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s confirmation of the order and becomes binding for the parties.
