2. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the products whose qualifications and sales prices are specified below, which the BUYER orders electronically through the www.camelaa.com website.

4. Product Delivery
The product shall be delivered to the address and the person/institution specified by the BUYER in the order form. The delivery period shall be carried out as soon as possible after order confirmation, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

5. Method of Payment
The BUYER agrees to pay the product price using the payment method selected during the order. Product delivery shall be made after the payment is completed.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the product is delivered to the BUYER.

If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be unused, in its original packaging intact, and in resalable condition. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the invoice of the product belonging to the BUYER must also be returned.

Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

Products personalized in line with the BUYER’s requests (such as custom measurements, embroidery, etc.)

Underwear products, swimsuits, bikinis, and similar products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

Used, washed, or tag-removed products

7. Return Process and Refund
Upon receipt of the withdrawal notice and the return of the product, the product shall be examined by the Seller, and if deemed appropriate, a refund shall be made to the BUYER within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method. The shipping fee shall be covered by the Seller in cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised.

8. Delivery and Shipment
The delivery of the products shall be made via a contracted cargo company. During delivery, the products must be checked together with the cargo officer and received accordingly. In case of damaged or missing products, a report must be prepared and the product must not be accepted, and the Seller must be informed immediately.

9. Authorized Authority in Case of Dispute
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall be authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall be authorized for disputes exceeding this value.

10. Entry into Force
When the BUYER completes the payment transaction for the order placed through the www.camelaa.com website, the BUYER shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. After the order is completed in the system, the Seller shall send a copy of this agreement to the BUYER’s e-mail address.
